Did you try looking in the Allegro distribution? It is available 
in your choice of HTML, Info, TexInfo, plain ASCII, and Rich Text 
formats (hint: look in the docs/ directory).

Millions. Again, did you try actually looking for any? Just typing 
"3d math" into Altavista gives me a nice list of several hundred 
good sites.
