What you meen by 'DJGPP for Windows'? If you want to create
windows applications using GNU compiler then try CygWin - it is whole
Windows-oriented port of unixish tools like DJGPP for DOS.

As for messages quantity, usually I receive about 100-150 messages
from this NG.
