Please add -v to the GCC command line and post here everything that is 
printed by the compiler.  Also, post the exact command line you used to 
invoke the compiler.

One other thing to try is to compile from the command prompt, not within 
DFE.  If that works, you'd know that the problem is with how DFE invokes 
the compiler.
