I use the book C++ Programming by Stephen Prata to learn. I've successfully made up aboat 100 programs. Now suddenly the gcc will not show the errors anymore. I use dfe95 as editor. What could have happened. Gcc say; "No warnings or errors recieved from gcc", but no exe-file are created. If I try compiling the corresponding "Prata-file" (that came on floppy with the book) - the .exe-file are created without errors. If I edit the Prata exe-file - taking away commas (or other crazy changes) - to create errors gcc still says its no errors and the .exe-file created still works alright. Do anyone got a suggestion?
