Is it possible the BNU package has been misinstalled?  Does
`d:\djgpp\bin\as.exe' exist?

What makes you think it's caused by a missing iostream.h?  There are
several other, more common, reasons for iostream functions not working. 
See, for instance, FAQ section 8.7.

If you still have trouble, compile your sources with `-v' (perhaps from
the command line) and post the output.  That can be very helpful in
debugging such problems.
