From v2.00 you should start from scratch, since many apps
were upgraded to use it (it fixed a lot of bugs).

From v2.01 you should only need djdev202.zip, but you might want to
upgrade whatever packages have new versions anyway.  You might need to
re-unzip those with long file names (like lgp) as 2.02 defaults to
LFN=Y
