OK, that's that little test.c from the help? You're right, you followed
the directions exactly --- and they lack a bit. Add the line,

#include <windows.h>

and you should be in business. Sorry about that, I never looked at that
particular example. the stuff in the /samples directory is hopefully
more complete.
