This is a very common problem when you run RHIDE in the directory %DJDIR%/bin/rhide (which means, in the directory where rhide.exe and rhide.gpr are located). Simply (or better in general) do not run in that directory since if you have created there the default project file, RHIDE opens this automatically if it is the only one there (which is probably the case). > Besides, can I force Rhide to use an output directory for all greated > executables? In general no. Simply start RHIDE in the directory where you want to place your executables (which will solve also your first problem). BTW: If you run RHIDE on Windows, you can change the default start directory by modifying the properties of the RHIDE icon.
