search in the mail archives for NASM. you have to compile it with djgpp to
deal with that  "out of memory" problem. you can either compile it yourself,
use the windows version nasmw.exe or use a precompiled version someone has
compiled. I'm using one, but i don't remember where i got it and what it's
called.. i think nasmj or so...
