No, not exactly. When running CWSDPMI, the linear (or logical) address
is the same as the physical. That's because only one page is used
(paging disabled). W95 enables paging, which means multiple pages.  When
paging is disabled, the translation to physical address is skipped
(refer to Intel's Programmers reference).
