All the tools that make up DJGPP are available for all Unix platforms and Windows 95/98/NT. The only parts that you won't get are the graphics and multimedia libraries, like Allegro (although they're working on it) because those platforms have their own libraries for such things. I think you'll find migration to be pretty easy if you're used to DJGPP.
