Go to Project|Open, give a name to your project, select the project window, 
insert the source files (only .c, .cc, .cpp, etc. not .h, .o), press Ctrl+F9.

I think no. We don't have a system that behaves like this and I have access 
to 8 computers that uses RHIDE or my editor.
