Actually, you can-- it's in the "From" header (at least it is for me). But I'd like to take this opportunity to ask how people feel about the new feature of the listserv that makes the "Reply-To" address . My mailer has a reply-to-all feature that sends the reply to the sender and all other recipients, so I used to be able to use this to reply to both the sender and the list. But "Reply-To" overrides it, so now if I want to reply to the original sender I have to copy-and-paste manually, which is inconvenient and error-prone (the text is small and sometimes I miss a character). I realize that Usenet etiquette asks that posters read the fora to which they post, rather than requesting personal replies, but I view this as being somewhat harsh in cases. I know from experience that the enormous traffic of the DJGPP list is difficult to manage, and archive searches are not always reliable, or remembered to do. Although I would by no means expect people to reply to posts by mail, I would propose that it be made as easy as possible for those who wish to do this courtesy to itinerant posters, and that the "Reply-To" changes be stopped. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who feels differently, or even similarly. -- Nate Eldredge nate AT cartsys DOT com
