I cannot do that, unless the Binutils distribution on SimTel.NET is 
changed in the same way, because then I will have a different environment 
than the rest of DJGPP users, and things that work for me might not work 
for others.  I cannot upload packages to SimTel unless I'm reasonably 
sure they will build and work for others, and I can't make sure they will 
unless I test them on my machine.

If this feature is not important, please let's revert to the old linker 
script in bnu281b.zip on SimTel.  But I'd guess that it *is* important to 
someone, since you had some reasons to make this change, right?
