http://www.cryogen.com/nasm/

No it does not output "source" - it can create RM .EXE's (if you have your
own linker) and it can output DJGPP compatible COFF format object files. I
have used NASM a bit and I have found that it works 100% fine with DJGPP.

Mail me if you want some examples of DJGPP / NASM integration. NASM with
DJGPP however, still needs the COMPLETE DJGPP package to be able to make a
.EXE.
