As Robert did the port he will ask it better, but: I think it wasn't ported because isn't needed at all, the TVision classes doesn't use it (not at least in the port ;-) and in protected mode the DPMI host does the memory management stuff. Perhaps you can take a look to the code in TV 2.0 and port this class. Hopefully it will be easy because you can simplify it to just use malloc.
