Yes, I have recently ported the PGPLOT library to djgpp + g77.
Graphical output is done via the GRX library, so this must be
installed, too (version: 2.3).

Since I don't spend much time programming with this library,
there might be some errors in this port, but the demo programs
that come with the distribution seem to work well.
