Do you mean `-lc_app'?  If so, please try to report errors as
accurately as possible in future.

What sort of specs are you using?  If you're using the ones that
come with RSXNTDJ then they're wrong.  You need Doug Gale's
patch (which was posted here a couple of times a few weeks ago)

Be careful with the nesting and make sure there is exactly one
empty line between the closing brace and the next specs entry
("*link_command:").
