I'm looking for a way that I can find EGCS. I've looked for it w/ ftpsearch,
and it doesn't turn up any useful links.

Also, does anybody know what's up w/ htp://www.gnu.org and http://www.fsf.org
? They appear to be down (as of 10/1/98 & 10/2/98).
