The only special tabs you need are actual "\t" tabs and not a bunch of spaces. RHIDE does support tabs, but you need to check "USE TABS" in the Options, Environment, editor options. Since you have Windows, beleive it or not, you can use NOTEPAD. Unless you have a makefile over 70KB it makes for a great tool.
