I have DJGPP 2.8.1 but I can not use RSXNTDJ.

Does RSXNTDJ works with this version of DJGPP ?

Can someone help to installing it ?

I have downloaded two file apparently similar, RSXDJ131 and RSXNT141, which
one is better ?
