I try to set the palette in mode 13h with the following code

 ...
 char *pal;
 ...
 outportb(0x3C8, 0);
 for (i = 0; i < 256; i++) {
  outportb(0x3C9, *pal++ );
  outportb(0x2C9, *pal++ );
  outportb(0x3C9, *pal++ );
}

Palette entries are already shifted right by 2 but
the colors are wrong. The program works fine if ported
to Borlands (TC 3.0) 16bit compiler.
