The FSF sells it for, I think $100-$500 (consider it a "donation" to them). *I* couldn't sell it for less than $40, just because it takes so much time to do it. How much is your time worth? DJGPP is neither shareware not public domain. It is GPL. There is a section in the FAQ about guildelines for redistributing it. Please read and follow it.
