Well first you can get djp via simtel.net check out: http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/ and goto the djgpp section, browse around (in v2 dirs) for mlp107b.zip. Second, it attaches a small stub program at the start of the compessed data (your code) and decompresses it at runtime. It's extermely fast decompression (even on my 386).
