We at Eiffel Liberty are using lcc-win32 as the back-end C compiler for our free/no-risk ``elj-win32'' distribution of GNU Eiffel, see: http://www.elj.com/elj-win32/ We are also about to release the next version of elj-win32 which comes with an IDE and an Eiffel win32 GUI library called GRAPE.
