readme.1st has a section called ``Installation''.  This includes a
step-by-step explanation of how to set up DJGPP.  I've just re-read
it, and I don't see how it can be possibly explained more clearly.

Please post details about what exactly did you not understand in
readme.1st.  If the problem is that you did exactly as readme.1st
tells you, but DJGPP doesn't work, please post the symptoms of your
problems, and you will get fast and efficient help.
