Please make sure there's no trailing whitespace in your AUTOEXEC.BAT (or wherever do you set the DJGPP environment variable) on the line that sets the DJGPP variable. If this doesn't help, please post the contents of your AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, and the output of the command SET typed from the DOS prompt.
