Problem solved.  Thanks for everyone's help.  The problem was, even though I
downloaded all the files, I didn't unzip them all.  As I'm sure you all
know, when you have to unzip so many odd files, you might accidentally miss
one, in my case, it was a critical one.  But it is fixed now.  Thanks a lot.
