Nick Nikolaos is writing it at is "http://www.csi.forth.gr/~komod/cliff.html" It can let you move around in a Quake level map and do it very well. He doesn't have sound or dynamic lighting yet but the walls, floor and gravity are there. Fast and good looking. I compiled the source with DJGPP 2.8.1 but had to cut out some asm that was bombing. Till that is corrected, the palette is screwed. The demo app that comes with the download runs fine and displays the true colors. It requires a VESA 2 card or the use of Display Doctor ( $49) to simulate a V 2 card so that is a bummer. I'm looking for ways around that particular trouble. Most are demos of just one object.
