It comes with djdev201.zip.  That version of DIR has entries for all 
the DJGPP-related docs and most of the GNU packages that were ported.

Another, smaller version of DIR is in the Texinfo distribution, 
v2gnu/txi312b.zip, under the name gnu/texinfo3.12/djgpp/DIR.  This one 
includes only the menu items relevant to Texinfo programs, and is 
suitable for those who install Texinfo alone.
