Cc: djgpp AT delorie DOT com Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Precedence: bulk I was examining a file yesterday that I had managed to uncompress but not untar with "List" by Vernon Bourg, heretofore an essential. Is there anything in the GNU/DJGPP canon that would take the place of this wonderful utility? Or do you just use an editor (I understand EMACS and RHIDE can be set in a non-destructive mode)???? List will look at ANYTHING fast, unlimited, and utterly fool (me) proof. :) Ralph
