You have two solutions: 1 - Reboot into DOS mode and use a DPMI server such as CWSDPMI or (from Win95): 2 - Edit the properties of your DOS prompt so that you have more DPMI memory available. To do this, hit "alt-enter" when at the prompt, select "properties" from the menu, and go to the "memory" tab. Now change the "DPMI" option (the bottom option on the page) from "Auto" to the highest value you can. This should solve your problem.
