Yup, I like DFE'95 too because it has an easy and intuative interface; but doesn't work for me, either. If it's the same problem I have, it shows up with a kernal error in redir32. This is a known bug (I reported it), but the author can't seem to duplicate the problem. So you're stuck. My suggestion is to try RHIDE, the IDE for DOS. This has an interface similar to Turbo C++ and is much more powerful than DFE, although the interface is not nearly as nice as DFE. There are other interfaces around too.
