First off let me explain a little of what I am doing. A friend of mine asked me to help him write a simple graphics library (yes, I know there already are dozens, but he wanted one of his own). So I started working on it. I am accessing the screen (mode 13h) using near pointers (__djgpp_nearptr_enable()). How would I go about accessing the BIOS's internal 8x16 font? Normally it is located at F000:FA6E would I access this as FFA6E + __djgpp_conventional_base? Or do I have to do it some other way?
