Either read the file 'readme.1st' in the v2 directory of any of the
SimTel mirror sites that are listed on the Getting DJGPP page, or use
the Zip Picker (http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html) to
automatically retrieve the zipfiles that best meet your needs.  The file
'readme.1st' is VITAL - you must read it to learn how to properly
install DJGPP and set up your environment to run it.  If you have
questions, please consult the DJGPP Frequently Asked Questions list;
it's available for download and can also be read online at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/v2faq/.  Finally, there is an (incomplete)
DJGPP User's Guide available online at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/ug/.

Only once you've exhausted those sources of information should you ask
questions here.  :-)
