How about setting the enviromental variable DJGPP? Supposing you
installed DJGPP in c:/djgpp try adding "SET DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env"
to your AUTOEXEC.BAT and reboot. And while you're at it, try reading
the README.1ST file in c:/djgpp.
