It exists, but only on my hard disk.

The FAQ is not like a program, where you test every change before you
introduce the next one.  A FAQ release requires a lot of overhead,
like spell-checking it, proofreading all the formats to find things
that don't look well, etc.  So IMHO it doesn't make sense to release
interim versions, especially since DJGPP is quite stable lately and
doesn't change much.
