This is drifting off topic, but here goes: A slightly more unusual permutation is possible with DRDOS. If you use fdisk 2.02 or higher, it is possible to manually create different filesystem partitions (although the OS can't read them), in the special Extended mode. If you create a SECOND primary partition, DRDOS can see it but windows can't.
