Basically:

gcc -o program.exe source.c 

Download RHIDE and you won't need to type it.
If you want to know all the available options read the gcc.info file, for that 
you can use a text editor (bad idea), info (from txi390b.zip, I don't like it) 
or the help viewer of RHIDE (I still wondering why I like it (*)).
