Hint:i have noticed that boot disk is good to use with djgpp, you get more
memory but slower bootup.ive been using bootdisk's so i recommend to use a
bootdisk.

No make.exe don't supposed to be there i'ts located at c:\djgpp\bin
i made you a ready cut/paste to use.
put these statements to your autoexec.bat 

PATH= C:\DJGPP\BIN\;
SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
LH C:\DJGPP\BIN\CWSDPMI.EXE

if these wont help email again with your autoexec.bat, and make errors.
