Take care that some versions of Alegro 3.0 (except newest archives) checks for presence of cc1.exe in %DJDIR/bin but this is no more there. Edit makefile (or download newer version if You already didn't do this). I have ment problems with C++ programs built with gcc 2.8.0 trying to use them with 2.8.1 (unrersolved external references). Didn't see problems with C yet. Andris
