I can't get DJGPP to work!

This I have done. 
1. I have downloaded the files needed:
bnu281b  zip
djdev201 zip
faq210b  zip
gcc280b  zip
mak3761b zip
xi390b  zip

2. I have unziped all to e:\djgpp\
3. In the Autoexec.bat I have set path e:\djgpp\bin
4. And set djgpp=e:\djgpp\djgpp.env
5. Nothing works!

Can anyone help?
