The easiest is probably to convert the file to .xm. It will eat up less cpu to play it back. The only problem is, there is no automatic converter that will do it right, mainly because of the NNA stuff in the IT format. However, having been through the process of converting my own IT files to XM, I could probably make the conversion you need after a few tweaks in IT. Just drop me an email and we'll talk about it.
