Are you sure you didn't find them? The commands are available from the 
menu.

because I'm using the spanish version (I don't know about the version 
you are using) I'm not sure about the menu options but are something like 
this:

Compile/Compile:  To compile the active window source file
Compile/Build:       To build a Project (foo.exe) 
Run/Run               To run and debug in RHIDE

And the shortcute keys (stated in the menu too):

<ALT F9>  To compile the active window source file
<F9>:        To build a Project (foo.exe) 
<Ctrl F9>   To run and debug in RHIDE
<F8>:         Step
<F7>:         Trace
