Can I get djgpp 2.8.0 (2.8.x?)

Right now I am using 2.7.2, it is fine, but I wonder if 2.8.0 has been ported 
yet. Sorry if this has been asked many times before, Is there a FAQ on this, 
including what files to download (or do I just redownload everything) et 
cetera? Thank you,
