I have just uploaded a new version of Mikallegro to my homepage. Though
2.21 is lesser than 3.00,  Mikalleg 2.21 is actually better than Mikalleg
3.00. 

No upgrades to Mikallegro is necessary when a new version of Allegro is
released. So, all those new WIP will run fine. Mikallegro is now
independant of Allegro. 

Also I have improved the mod loader to support 30 more types of MODS.
Previously it support only 10 types.
