It looks fine, assuming that DJGPP is installed in 'e:\DJGPP'. 
Otherwise, it's wrong.  It would help to tell us if there is actually
anything wrong with your installation, and if there is, post a complete
system report as outlined in Chapter 6.12 of the FAQ.
