Right now it is in the stage of final modifications of version 2.50. We fixed all bugs in edit lines and added ini-files support (so now SWORD configuration files are usual text files such as windows.ini - with sections and comments). Last modifications which I want to made - review documentation and examples, so after some weeks I'll upload SWORD to the simtel (if my slow connection give me a chance ;). It will be at the end of March, I think. Also I think about publication of SWORD 2.50 because now we concentrate our forces on the new SWORD 3.0 project and all improvements from v.2.50 will be integrated in this new edition. So publication v.2.50 will help people to move from 2.10 to 3.0 more slightly. But it requires too much work, especially because new event and errors handling via exceptions and improved portability of the library. Did you have looking at Eric's pages?
