What warnings? AFAIK, you should have no warnings at all. There are no known file name conflicts in DJGPP archives. Please tell exactly which archives caused the warnings, and what exactly did the warnings say. It might be that those ignored warnings hold a key to unlock your problems. One thing you should probably try right away is to set 387=n in the environment (since 486SX lacks FP hardware).
