Then I divided the program into three files: A header file, a source file and a main file. A part of the header looks like this: #ifndef Ballshdr_h #define Ballshdr_h BITMAP *My_Buffer // A global declaration for the double buffer ... ... // Rest of the header ... #endif Everything compiles perfectly until I get an error telling me there are multiple declarations of My_Buffer. I cannot figure this out as there are no other declarations of My_Buffer. I've tried changing the name to something else with the same result. I use the Allegro library, and BITMAP is a struct declared in Allegro.h. Anyone got a clue as to what is wrong here? I use My_Buffer in both the source file and in main. Thanks in advance, Stian Danielsen
